Top design since 1975
The first pieces of furniture under the Maxalto name were released in 1975. Designers Afra and Tobia Scarpa were responsible for all furniture until 1992. Their aim was to integrate recognisable and proven designs into a modern interior. The furniture they created on this basis were soon regarded as masterpieces of Italian design.
