time for a cocktail

Fancy a summer cocktail to start the holidays well?

Below, we serve the recipe for an exquisite Ramos Gin Fizz. Pour the following ingredients with some ice in a shaker:

- 35 ml Tanqueray N° Ten gin

- 15 ml Tanqueray London Dry gin

- 22,5 ml lemon juice

- 15 ml lime juice

- 30 ml Simple Syrup (1:1)

- 5 ml beaten egg white

- 15 ml cream

- 15 ml full-cream milk

- 15 drops Orange Flower Water - The Bitter Truth

Vigorously shake the shaker during 15 seconds and pour the contents through a strainer in a Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and some fresh mint.
