We collect your data as soon as you send us your data yourself. This can be by email, text message, verbally (by phone, during a visit at the company, event,...) by handing over your business card or by any other possible means. We may also collect your data when it has been made publicly available, or when you yourself have made it public on public/social media.

We collect your personal data for the purposes listed below and will not use it for other purposes without informing you in advance and, if necessary, obtaining your consent to do so. We use your data in connection with the presentation and execution of our commercial activities.

  • managing the commercial relationship between you as a (potential) customer and Obumex NV.
  • sending you information on the full processing of your quotation requests.
  • orders and projects as well as to keep you informed about commercial activities,news letters etc.
     

D. WITH WHOM WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED?

Your data are shared with employees of our company who need them to fulfil the tasks entrusted to them and as defined in the labour regulations and/or their job description.

 

E. WHAT IS THE RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be kept for a minimum of 10 years or as long as it is necessary for the processing purposes mentioned above and as long as required by law. You can rest assured that we make every effort to protect your data. Moreover, in every commercial e-mail you receive from us, you have the option to unsubscribe.
